At Ny American Jacket we offer Free Shipping on all orders — no hidden charges, no minimum amount required. Your jacket will usually be delivered within 1–2 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
In rare cases, if the courier service is unable to locate your shipment and cannot provide an expected delivery date, our Delivery Guarantee Policy will come into effect to ensure your order is handled with priority.

- The express courier will leave a note with the shipment number and a contact number If no one can sign for the delivery on your behalf.

In Case Of Damage/Defect:
We have had a long record of 100% customer satisfaction. Delivery of defective pieces is extremely rare. But if it ever happens, you can always opt for our exchange policies. You will have 24 hours after the delivery to apply for a return/exchange. You must submit evidence of a wrong/defective order with photos. You can send it all to our email, and we will contact you shortly for further steps.
