  2. Return Your Item: We’ll provide you with a return shipping address to send your original item back to us. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

     

  3. We’ll Ship Your New Size: Once we receive your original item and confirm it meets our return policy guidelines, we’ll promptly ship your new size free of charges.

Please note:

  • Customer has to pay for the return items, we will ship the new item with free shipping and will not take any money to send you the exchange new item.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same style in different sizes. We cannot offer exchanges for a different style or item.

Returning for a Refund (All Orders)

If you’d prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you can do so! Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Contact Us: Let us know you’d like to return your item for a refund by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number in the email.

     

  2. Return Your Item: We’ll provide you with a return shipping Address (return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund). Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

     

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy guidelines, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

     

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items.

     

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
